Refund Policy
Refund Policy
At 6 Best Cleaners, we strive for perfection. Because our service involves labor and consumables, we do not typically offer full cash refunds once a service has been completed. However, we address issues as follows:
1. Service Dissatisfaction
If you are unhappy with the quality of our cleaning (e.g., clothes don't feel clean or were folded poorly), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will:
Re-clean the items at no additional charge; OR
Provide a Service Credit toward your next order.
2. Cancellations
Before Pickup: You may cancel or reschedule your pickup up to 2 hours before your window begins for a full refund of any pre-paid amounts.
At the Door: If you cancel while the driver is at your Manhattan location, a $16 "Dry Run" Fee will be deducted from your refund to cover labor and fuel.
3. Lost or Damaged Items
Refunds for lost or damaged items are not issued as cash but are handled through our claims process as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Approved claims are capped at 3x the cleaning price of the item.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
